Liked the rooms and the staff! Rifka was amazing, took great care of us, as did Raven at the front desk. Very centrally located, great breakfast too! Would recommend to anyone!

The location is perfect in GWU area and the staffs working there are very friendly and helpful, I want to mention Nejat, who works in the front desk and really help me a lot finding a universal adapter to charge my camera and kindly store our luggages after checking out. The coffee and tea table in the lobby just outside the elevator is great for grabbing to go! Though the bathroom is a little bit small, all other things are good. In general it is a good place to stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location was excellent, next to metro, buses and close to the top monuments of the city. Quiet area and completely safe. The staff were extremely friendly - special thanks to Kiddy and Naty at the reception and Momo at breakfast!

Our family had a wonderful stay here! Close walking to everything you need, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks just up a block. Georgetown shopping just a 5 min walk. Staff is so friendly! Rooms are very spacious and cozy. Headboards are faded and look a bit tired, but not a dealbreaker. Only suggestion - we would have liked a more professional dressed and attentive bartender, the lady bartender who worked when we stayed (Jan 29-Feb 1) would disappear for very long periods of time. She dressed like she was going to dance at a strip club (breasts literally falling out). For a family hotel, not appropriate.

I’ve stayed here more than once, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Mel (Melissa) at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me during my stay and handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and efficient, and made me feel truly welcomed and supported. It’s rare to find someone who treats guests with so much attention and warmth. People like Mel are what create lasting memories and make a hotel feel special. This hotel will always hold good memories for me because of the way I was treated here. Truly exceptional service.
